The NTA CSIR UGC NET / JRF Exam June 2024
The UGC NET, known as National Eligibility Test, is big test for check if person can be Assistant Professor or get Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor job in Indian colleges. CSIR-UGC NET Exam in 2024 will have 83 subjects. Before 2021, NTA UGC NET exam also had same number of subjects. Every subject in CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2024 has different syllabus, and University Grants Commission decide it. Before June 2018, CBSE used to do NET exam for UGC.
Now, CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2024 will happen by National Testing Agency (NTA). They say CSIR NET Notification for June 2024 will come in March 2024, maybe. - Last Date to Apply Online: 21/05/2024
- Last Date to Pay Exam Fee: 22/05/2024
- Correction Window: 25-27 May 2024
- Exam Dates: 25-27 June 2024
- Admit Card: Available before the exam
- Result Declaration: To be notified
Application Fee
- General / EWS: ₹1150/-
- OBC: ₹600/-
- ST / SC: ₹325/-
- Payment can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Age Limit (as on 01/06/2024)
- For JRF: Maximum 28 years
- For Lectureship (LS) / Assistant Professor: No age limit
