The farad measures how much electric charge is accumulated on the capacitor.

The capacitance C in farad (F) is equal to the capacitance C in picofarad (pF) times 10-12:
C(F) = C(pF) × 10-12
Example - convert 30pF to farad:
C(F) = 30 pF × 10-12 = 30×10-12 F
The capacitance C in farad (F) is equal to the capacitance C in nanofarad (nF) times 10-9:
C(F) = C(nF) × 10-9
Example - convert 5nF to farad:
C(F) = 5 nF × 10-9 = 5×10-9 F
The capacitance C in farad (F) is equal to the capacitance C in microfarad (μF) times 10-6:
